What additional care is required for the antimicrobial line of garments?
  • These garments should be washed and dried alone or with other antimicrobial products.
  • The silver in the yarn produces an electric charge that may cause pilling if washed or dried with towels of fluffy items.
  • The excess pile of new fabrics may occasionally accumulate in areas where there is constant friction.
  • Simply remove the accumulations by hand or use a pill remover (available in most department or house-ware stones) to remove the excess as you would for a cashmere sweater.
  • Additionally, dry cleaning is not recommended because the chemicals used may create a reaction with the silver in the yarn similar to that caused by chlorine bleach.

Will I be charged GST?
    • We apply the applicable Canadian GST to orders shipped within Canada
    • If you are a tax exempt organization or person, please supply us with a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
    • If you have any further questions about GST please contact us.

    Are there any website discount or coupon code restrictions?
    • Discounts and promotions apply only to in-stock items only.
    • No Special Orders will be accepted with a discount or promotion.
    • Discounts apply to list price only and are not applied to any other specialized customer pricing.
    • Promotional offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
    • Discounts do not apply to prior purchases.

    What are my payment choices?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
    • Checks are also accepted.
    • Overdue accounts are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month, resulting in an annual rate of 24% and any collection charges that are incurred.

    What about returned checks?
    • A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

    What are your payment terms?
    • Payment terms are Net 15 to established accounts.

    Are you involved in third party billing?
    • No, You can purchase the item from us and then submit our Invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How do I care for my garments?
  • Each item sold in our fabric line is crafted with a durable soil release property.
  • Most stains will wash out with water, or water and a light scrub with liquid dishwashing detergent, prior to laundering.
  • To keep you scrubs / coats looking their best, wash them in your machine on the gentle cycle with your regular detergent in cold water.
  • Do not chlorine bleach or fabric softener.
  • Dry on a low heat setting and remove promptly so only touch-up ironing as desired will be needed.
  • Dry cleaning is not recommended.

  • Copies of your invoices are available online: paperless customer invoices.
  • You can also call us and provide your order or invoice number and we would be happy to provide you a copy of your invoice.
